This wine shows a wonderfully lively nose of fruit, floral, and spice. Peach, pineapple, lime and papaya bounce off lilac, honeysuckle, cinnamon, and cumin spice. The palate provides green apple, grapefruit, and spice with a round and creamy mid-palate leading to a bright lime-leaf and sea-shell finish. Its refreshing character is amazing now and will also reward 2-3 years of cellaring.
